New/Pre-Ownes Sales Consultant

  PURPOSE OF POSITION
The purpose of the New/Pre-owned Car Sales Consultant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. A New Car Sales Consultant will assist clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Utilizes Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Has proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications

Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction

Knows and understands the Jaguar Volvo Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements

Attends weekly department meetings

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 Prior sales experience (preferred)
 Experience providing quality customer service
 Professional appearance
 Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
 Organization and follow-up skills
 Computer literacy
 Must have a valid state driver's license

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
Operator's Drivers License (must be insurable)
